This version is recommended for Unix users with access to the
GNU C++ compiler. To install UMAKE, unpack the archive below,
type make and follow instructions. Have fun!
This tarball file below contains a set of example data from the 1000 Genomes Project as a small example of UMAKE pipeline. Refer to
documentation to test UMAKE pipeline before trying your own version of calling. Note that the genome reference and other resources are
simplified. The full genome version of resources can be downloaded at ftp://share.sph.umich.edu/1000genomes/umake-resources/
Old releases of merlin are archived below. It is highly recommended
that you download the most recent version, instead of these. For a list of
changes check out the ChangeLog file in the
most recent distribution.
