Other options
Other options to note are that in the top right corner, we can specify to
only display a datapoint if we have a certain minimum number of available
genotypes. By default, we set this value to 50, but this procedure is only
ideal if a genome-scan dataset on say over 200 markers across all chromosomes
are available. The fewer markers, the more ambiguous the
conclusions. In the present case, with 320 markers, it is safe to say that
incorrect conclusions are extremely unlikely.
You have the option to print your plot, in whichever format it is
display on the screen. By clicking on the title, you are able to
change it prior to printing.
You also have the option of saving the the errors to a file. When
in the IBS Details popup box, first select which datapoints you would
like to save, the press the save button.
Now all that is left for you to do is find the pedigree errors in your own
datasets.
