Summarises information in the map file. Double clicking allows loading of a different map. The map area can be resized by dragging the gray bar above it. The map that you use for viewing your data need not include all markers. If the original sample consists of family data, and includes several recombination events, it might be necessary to rerun Simwalk2 with each marker map.
