p_ACT_meta
p_ACT_meta is an R program that adjusts sets of up to 500 p-values from meta-analysis-based association tests
between correlated SNPs for multiple testing, accounting for
the correlation between tests.
Version 0.1 of P_ACT_meta is the beta version, made available before publication of the accompanying article.
The file p_ACT_meta distribution includes the following:
- README.txt: a description of how to run p_ACT_meta.R and proper input file formats
- p_ACT_meta.R: R program.
- Sample_files: A directory containing sample input and output files for a meta-analysis with two samples of individuals
- Sample_files_2s: A directory containing sample input and output files for a two-stage meta-analysis
