Spotter

Spotter v0.5 (released 04/12/2010) is a program for identifying a region of interest (using LD and recombination) near an associated variant.

Python version 2.5 or higher (but less than 3.0!) is required to run Spotter. If you don't already have Python installed, head on over to python.org and download the installer. Be sure not to download version 3.x, as this is a new and separate branch of Python that is not compatible with the 2.x versions.
