Using Partition-Ligation strategy and EM algorithm to reconstruct haplotypes in trios
tripleM is extended from the PL-EM program (Qin et al.
2002). It is for haplotype reconstruction when parental genotype information is available . Genotypes from all
three members of the trios are assumed known. the format of the input file is the same as in PL-EM.
