ExPRSweb evaluation results
ExPRSweb is a public catalog of evaluated exposure polygenic risk scores across MGI and UK Biobank. Use it to compare candidate scores for one exposure, inspect preserved performance metrics and PRS-PheWAS follow-up, and download the linked artifacts for this release.

The evaluated ExPRS constructs span MGI Freeze 3 and UK Biobank. The release preserves the legacy portal's core measures of performance, calibration, discrimination, construct downloads, and phenome-wide association results.
This static site republishes the preserved 2021-11-20 ExPRSweb snapshot. The release badge and Method page provide provenance; the main user flow here is score discovery, score inspection, and phenotype follow-up.
