Skin Cancer PRSweb evaluation results

Skin Cancer PRSweb preserves the first PRSweb-like portal released with the 2019 PLoS Genetics skin-cancer paper. Use it to compare the historical PRS models for melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, and overall skin cancer, then follow each score into the preserved MGI or UKB PheWAS pages.

  • Open a score detail page for manuscript-backed fit metrics, local weight downloads, and linked all-subject and exclusion PheWAS tables
  • Use Overview to see which traits have preserved MGI-only score summaries versus paired MGI and UKB PheWAS validation pages
