PRS overview
This page summarizes preserved MGI evaluation rows and cohort-specific PheWAS follow-up availability per trait.
Overview rows are grouped by the same grouped-trait labels used in Scores. Expand grouped rows to see the exact raw, IRNT, subtype, or source-specific variants that roll up under each trait.
Use Scores when you need to choose among models for one trait. Use Overview mainly to scan where retained PRS coverage exists, then drill into grouped variants or the filtered Scores table.
