This tour will take you through the main features of GRR - you will learn how to examine a pre-makeped or Merlin-style pedigree file for errors in relationship specification. You will use the file sample.ped, which contains data on 1300 individuals from 200 families who have been genotyped on 320 markers across the genome.:
