Gonçalo's Home Page

I lead a small research group in the Department of Biostatistics' Center for Statistical Genetics. My group is focused on developing the computational and statistical tools required for understanding human genetic variation, with a particular focus on complex human disease.

Applied projects currently focus on the genetics of aging, inherited eye diseases, inflammatory diseases, and psychiatric disorders.
