I have moved to the University of Pittsburgh, PA. Please visit my Pitt homepage.

I'm a Ph.D. candidate working with Dr. Goncalo Abecasis. My research interests focus on developing statistical models and computational software in genetics/genomics with topics including but not limited to genotype imputation, variant calling, rare variant analysis and next generation sequencing. I am also actively invovled in many applied projects such as genome-wide association study of age-related macular degeneration, 1000 Genome Project, SardiNIA low pass sequencing project, prediction models in colorectal cancer and breast cancer.
