Added Optimization Tab to automatically find powerful designs (for a fixed cost) or cost-effective designs (for a fixed power).

Adjusted power calculations to use a more accurate approximation of the test statistics under the alternative hypothesis. The new 
calculations use the multivariate delta method. We are very grateful to Edwin van den Oord and Jozsef Bukszar at Virginia Commonwealth 
University for pointing this out. 

Improved responsiveness and customizability for all parameters.
