Use this page when you need the full release payload rather than one score-specific download. Most readers should start from a score detail page; this index is mainly for bulk reuse, scripted analysis, or reproducibility checks.
Raw release files contain the full model, PheWAS, phecode, and ICD-mapping tables for this release. Grouped table exports are prefiltered score-table subsets by trait, cohort, and top-percentile threshold.
Most useful files first
- PRS models TSV: the main per-model catalog with cohort, method, performance, and artifact links.
- PheWAS results TSV: the full set of phenome-wide association rows preserved for this release.
- Phecodes TSV and ICD mappings TSV: the phenotype dictionary and code mappings used by the search pages.
- Release manifest: provenance metadata for reproducible reuse.
