Result Table Description: |
We performed eQTL mapping in normal skin from healthy controls (normal skin, n=57), normal-appearing skin from psoriatic patients (uninvolved skin, n=53), and diseased skin from psoriatic patients (lesional skin, n=53).
The three tables provided here list all cis-eQTLs (SNPs are within 1Mb upstream of the transcription start site to 1Mb downstream of the transcription end site of the associated transcription unit) with p-value < 1E-5 in normal, uninvolved, and lesional skin, respectively.
NOTE: In our manuscript, we used a p-value threshold of 9E-7 as the significance threshold (corresponding to FDR at ~0.01) in each of the three skin types. Here we provide more complete lists with eQTLs that are marginally significant.
