I'm currently a staff scientist in the Laboratory of Genetics at National Institute on Aging, NIH. I am still updating my website here.
Prior to my current position, I was a Ph.D. student working with
Gonçalo
Abecasis
in the
Department of Biostatistics at the
University of Michigan. I graduated from Michigan in 2010. I also had an M.S. degree in Biochemistry
from Case Western Reserve University and a
B.S. degree in Biochemistry from Nanjing
University, China.
My primary reserach interest is in the development of statistical
methods for analyzing human genetic
data. Specifically, my methodology work focuses
on developing new statistical methods for
genome-wide association studies of gene
expression and my applied reserach projects
focus on the genetic studies of psoriasis.
